Zoya Kostyuchenko

Zoya Kostyuchenko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer excellence and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Manager Customer Excellence and Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at ZEISS Group since July 2012, Zoya specializes in M&A transaction support, valuation, and contract execution, alongside being a subject matter expert in post-merger integration. Prior to ZEISS, Zoya held roles at KPMG España and KPMG Russia, focusing on audit supervision and risk management. Zoya's earlier experience includes positions in tax planning, financial operations, accounting, and economic analysis in companies such as Desnol Inc., WRNN TV, and Termotron Inc. Zoya holds an MBA from Kansas State University and has completed training at the Anglo-German Institute.
