Akansha Gupta

Akansha Gupta has extensive experience in software engineering, with a focus on developing software applications for various industries. Akansha started their career as a Software Intern at Siemens Corporate Research in 2005. Akansha then worked as a Software Developer at Acsis, Inc., where they were involved in RFID hardware testing and the design and implementation of a C# Connector framework for integrating RFID devices with enterprise data systems. After that, they joined Systron Donner Automotive, a Schneider Electric company, as a Software Engineer II, where they worked on the design and development of C# applications for the manufacturing process of automotive sensors. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at ConnectAndSell Inc., a telecom tech startup, where they developed cloud-based software applications integrated with CRM systems. Akansha then joined Western Digital as a Software Engineer, where they developed database-driven manufacturing GUIs and applications. Currently, Akansha works at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG as a Staff Software Engineer and Software Team Lead, responsible for developing software for retinal imaging systems and leading the software team for the CLARUS line of products.

Akansha Gupta obtained a STEM high school diploma and certificate from Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram between 1990 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University between 2003 and 2006.
