Emma Watson serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ZEISS Medical Technology, a role begun in 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing financial strategy, budget planning, and financial reporting. With a strong background in finance, Emma leads a team to establish financial goals and ensure execution while effectively communicating with stakeholders. Prior to this, Emma worked as Finance Manager at Zeiss Meditec, focusing on capital management and strategic financial advice, and as Assistant Finance Manager at Allianz Worldwide Insurance, supporting day-to-day financial operations. Emma holds two Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and The Johns Hopkins University.
