Katja Sadouni

Katja Sadouni has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Katja began their career in 2004 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Alternative Fuel Management. In 2008, they worked as a Manager of Order Management at ASOLA GmbH, followed by a role as a Manager of Order Administration at Masdar PV GmbH from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as a Manager of Project Development in the Solar Industry in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Business & Leadership Consultant at contranet - consulting, training, networking. In 2012, they joined Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, where they held various positions, including Manager of Order Administration, Senior Manager of Order & Commercialization Administration, Head of Order Fulfillment, Head of Human Resources, and their current role as the Head of People Development.

In 2023, Katja Sadouni attended Minds at Work and obtained a qualification as a Qualified Immunity to Change Map Facilitator, specializing in the field of Immunity to Change.
