Davide Cecchini

Davide Cecchini currently serves as the Head of People Development and Organization at Renco S.p.A. since July 2012, with a concurrent role as an HR Generalist. Additionally, Davide is the Coordinator and speaker for an educational seminar focusing on soft skills in business management at the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo since November 2022. Involvement with AIDP - Associazione per la Direzione del Personale as a member of the regional council for Marche has been ongoing since May 2019. Prior professional experience includes owning EBD Consulting Ltd, specializing in the recruitment of international experts for development and cooperation projects, and an internship at Enel S.p.A. Educational qualifications comprise an Executive Master in Business Administration from EMBA Ticinensis, a Master's Degree in Political Sciences & International Relations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and several other relevant certifications.
