Peng Tat Cheong

Peng Tat Cheong serves as the Head of Global Sales Ophthalmology at ZEISS Medical Technology since September 2025, leading the commercial organization with a focus on customer-centric strategies and market value enhancement. Prior to this role, Peng was the GM and Vice President at ZEISS Group from March 2021 to September 2025, overseeing all business units in Taiwan and establishing the CZ Taiwan entity. Experience at Carl Zeiss Vision as Sales and Marketing Director spanned from September 2010 to March 2021. Earlier roles included North Asia Manager and Area Manager - Americas at Polycore Optical, as well as Country Manager for China where Peng managed initial operations in the domestic market. Educationally, Peng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore, earned between 2005 and 2008.
