Richard Swilley

Richard Swilley is a seasoned Staff Human Factors Engineer and UX Designer at ZEISS Medical Technology since March 2022. With a rich background in user experience design, Richard previously held significant roles at Autodesk, including Lead User Experience Designer for global eCommerce solutions and Principal User Experience Designer for subscribe and purchase web properties. Prior to Autodesk, Richard worked as a UX Designer and Information Architect at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, and contributed to notable projects at IBM and 4D Internet Solutions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from San Francisco State University.
