Sofie Kalinke

Sofie Kalinke is a User Experience Researcher at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Sofie worked as a User Experience Designer at Ergosign GmbH from February 2021 to December 2023 and contributed to the field through a Master's Thesis focused on conversational user interfaces for autonomous shuttles in 2020. Earlier roles include a Working Student position in UI/UX design at Siemens and in Quality Assurance at MTU Aero Engines, as well as an internship in IT at BMW Financial Services. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Ergonomie - Human Factors Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the same institution, and has also studied at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and Al Akhawayn University.
