Stefan Saur has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stefan started their career in 2001 as a quality inspector and assembly line monitor at Siemens. Stefan then worked on research and application of AutoCAD integration into a synchronization framework as an intern. Stefan also completed a semester project at Siemens Healthcare. In 2004, they completed their master thesis and internship at Siemens Corporate Research.
From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Ph.D. student at ETH Zurich, where they developed algorithms and tools for the assessment of atherosclerosis in computed tomography images. Stefan also supervised semester projects and master theses.
