Aina Griksaite

Aina Griksaite has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aina currently holds the position of Senior Product Information Manager at Carla since September 2021. Prior to this, Aina served as an Athlete at Spårvägens FK starting from August 2008. A notable role in their career was that of a Business Transformation Consultant at Zington from September 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they implemented the Scrum Framework at a startup and later became a Scrum Master, working closely with the Product Owner and coaching a team of 5-7 members. Aina also had the opportunity to work as a Master Thesis Student at Sandvik from January 2019 to June 2019. Aina has prior experience as a Summer Employee at Sandvik Coromant in 2017, 2015, and 2014, assuming roles such as Administration and Junior Trainee. Additionally, Aina served as a Youth Coach at Spårvägens FK from August 2011 to January 2015.

Aina Griksaite completed their education from 2010 to 2013, acquiring a Gymnasieexamen degree in Naturvetenskap from Internationella kunskapsgymnasiet. Aina then went on to study at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued an Engineering Degree Programme in Design and Product Realisation. In 2018, Aina Griksaite participated in an exchange semester at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Furthermore, Aina Griksaite obtained additional certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, also obtained in February 2020.
