Hana Kang

Hana Kang has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Hana is currently the Head of Finance at Carla, a position they have held since January 2023. Before joining Carla, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at the same company from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Hana worked at Volvo Car Mobility, where they were initially on leave to support a family business until September 2021. Hana then held the role of Chief Financial Officer from March 2020 to October 2021 and Deputy CFO from June 2018 to March 2020. Hana previously worked at Lifesum as the Director of Finance & Accounting from February 2016 to May 2018, where they played a key role in completing due diligence for Series B funding. Before that, they worked as a Controller at R/GA from August 2014 to January 2016 and as a Masterdata Specialist at Philips Lighting from March 2014 to July 2014. Hana's earlier experience includes various financial controller and credit controller roles at Philips, where they worked from March 2011 to March 2014. Hana began their career as a Project Leader for Process Improvements at Mo Catering AB from June 2009 to February 2011 and co-founded Vivencia KB from February 2006 to June 2007.

In 2004, Hana attended Stockholm University and studied German Language and Literature for one year.

In 2005, they enrolled in Jönköping University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Additionally, during the same year, they attended Stockholm University briefly, studying Psychology.

In 2007, Hana participated in an exchange program at Yonsei University, specializing in International Business, Trade, and Commerce for one year.

In 2008, they took part in a summer school program at Harvard University, studying Investment Banking.

Finally, in 2009, Hana enrolled at the University of Gothenburg, where they completed a Master of Science in Business degree, specializing in Marketing.
