Amy Roady

Amy Roady is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and organizational communication strategies. Currently serving as the Corporate Communications Partner at Carle Health, Amy focuses on executing team member communications and event planning while collaborating with executive leadership on internal messaging. Prior to this role, Amy held multiple positions at the Illinois Soybean Association, including Director of Outreach and Director of Communications, where responsibilities included developing outreach programs, sustainability initiatives, and communication strategies for diverse audiences. Amy began their career as a 4-H Youth Development Educator at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where significant enrollment increases were achieved. Amy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
