Kerstin Quam de Cardenas is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources (CHRO) at Carleton College, Kerstin previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio (CLUES) and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Family Services.
