Jennifer Gibb

Jennifer Gibb, PhD, has an extensive background in human resources, with a focus on global operations. Starting in 1987, they served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Placer Dome, now known as Barrick Gold, for twelve years. Jennifer then held the positions of Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa at MasterCard. In 2005, Jennifer became the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Avon, where they managed the HR function for 12 countries with a total of 12,000 employees. Jennifer then joined Cigna in 2006 as the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Health, Life, and Accident, overseeing operations in Europe and Asia Pacific. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Group Director of Human Resources, CHRO, at International SOS, a leading medical and travel security risk services company.

Jennifer Gibb PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Design from the International School of Management, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they acquired a Coaching Certificate from Coach U (USA) in 2008. Jennifer also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of New England (AU), achieved between 1992 and 1994.
