Amy Wyse

Amy Wyse is an experienced professional in academic labour relations, currently serving as the Director of Labour Relations (Academic) at Carleton University since June 2016, after previously holding the position of Manager of Labour Relations (Academic) in the Department of Human Resources. Prior to their role at Carleton, Amy Wyse worked at Memorial University of Newfoundland from March 2003 to June 2016, where responsibilities included acting as Director and Associate Director of the Office of Faculty Relations. Expertise encompasses collective bargaining, grievance resolution, workplace investigations, and the administration of collective agreements. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Canadian Government and Politics from Memorial University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Western University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Memorial University.
