Francois Brouard

Francois Brouard is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in academia and governance. Currently serving as a member of the board of directors at MIFO since June 2025, Francois has held various influential roles at Carleton University, including Secretary of the Sprott Faculty Board and founding director of SCSE/CSES, since 2009. At Hôpital Montfort, leadership includes serving as President of the Board since 2020 and participation in multiple committees since 2017. As a full professor at the Sprott School of Business since 2002, Francois has also contributed to the Société Santé en français as an external member of the governance committee. The educational qualifications include a DBA from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, an MSc in Financial Accounting from UQAM, and a BAA in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal, alongside a DEC in Administration from CEGEP Sorel-Tracy.
