Terrence Odin

Terrence Odin has extensive work experience at Carleton University. Their most recent position is as the Director of HR Transformation and Technology, where they lead HR technology initiatives and policy development. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources Infrastructure and Renewal. Terrence has also held roles as a Senior Quality Advisor, Manager of Human Resources Information Systems, Information Systems Officer, and Recruitment and Communications Officer at Carleton University. Before joining Carleton University, they worked as an Information Officer, Information Systems Officer, and Academic Advisor.

Terrence Odin completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Comparative Literature from Carleton University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Spanish from Carleton University, which they pursued from 1991 to 1997.
