Tiffany Walker

Tiffany Walker, MBA, PhD Candidate has a diverse work experience. Tiffany is currently working as a Lead Researcher at Carleton University, where they are involved in consulting and evaluating the implementation of a new community policing model with the Ottawa Police Service. Tiffany has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Instructor at the university. In addition, Tiffany has experience with the Federal Government of Canada, where they served as a Change Management Specialist and Workforce Analyst.

Tiffany Walker has a diverse education history. Tiffany completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Psychology at Bishop's University from 2003 to 2007. Tiffany then pursued their MBA in Organizational Development at Carleton University from 2007 to 2008. Currently, Tiffany is a PhD Candidate at Carleton University, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Change Management Studies since 2015. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2020. Additionally, they hold a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from HCI.
