Yaprak Baltacioglu

Yaprak Baltacioglu is the current Chancellor at Carleton University. Prior to their current position, Baltacioglu served as a strategic advisor at Compass Rose, director and chair of the Governance and HR Committee at Hydro Ottawa, director at the Institute of Corporate Directors, and distinguished fellow at the University of Toronto - Public Policy at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.

Baltacioglu has also held positions at CSA Group, MDA, Stratford Festival, and Carleton University. Yaprak is highly experienced in public policy and has a proven track record in helping organizations navigate and implement change.

Yaprak Baltacioglu has a Master of Arts from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Laws from Istanbul University. Yaprak also has a certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto in ICD.D Designation - Institute of Corporate Directors.
