Heather Butler

Heather Butler started their career in 2006 at Brembo S.p.A., where they served as a Senior HR Generalist until 2011. Heather then joined Con-way Freight as an HR Supervisor from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Heather joined Therma-Tru Doors as an HR Manager until 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an HR Manager at Carlex Glass America, LLC. Currently, they are serving as the Regional HR Manager at Carlex Glass America, LLC since March 2022 and recently promoted as the Director of Human Resources, Operations in June 2023.

Heather Butler obtained a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Trine University.
