Rachel Ramsey

Rachel Ramsey has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as HR Manager at Carlex Glass America, LLC since July 2016. In this capacity, Rachel has focused on team member satisfaction, engagement initiatives, workers compensation, and FMLA tracking, while also managing benefits orientation and new hire onboarding. Previous positions include various roles in HR and administration, such as Administrative Assistant and HR Administrator, alongside customer service and management roles at maurices and other organizations. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne and holds an Associate's degree in Office Administration from Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast.
