Rita Schaefer

Rita Schaefer has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Rita has served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Carlex since 2015, where they manage various departments and is responsible for financial reporting, inventory management, and sales growth. Prior to that, they worked as the Controller at Salga Plastics Inc., an ABC Group company, from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they held the position of Business Controller at Henkel Corporation from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for budget planning, financial reporting, and general accounting. Rita also worked as a Business Controller at Henkel Corporation from 2006 to 2011, overseeing budget planning and financial reporting. Additionally, Rita has experience as a Manufacturing Systems Manager and Financial Systems Manager at EnerSys from 1999 to 2005, where they were responsible for manufacturing system administration and financial reporting.

Rita Schaefer obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Missouri State University from 1983 to 1985. Rita then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Management at the University of Central Missouri from 1999 to 2000.
