Carole Carlson

Carole has been with the company since 1997, and she will tell you that she is one of the people in the world that LOVES her job. As Human Resources Manager, her role involves all aspects of HR: benefits, recruiting, employee relations, union communications, safety, and more. She partners with management to improve company policies and benefit programs, to lower turnover rates through high hiring standards, and to work diligently to UNITE the company and employees.
