Bryan M. Pritikin

Bryan Pritikin joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in 2018 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Bryan has experience as both plaintiffs and defense counsel and focuses his practice on resolving complex civil and commercial disputes and business torts, such as claims for breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, and other business litigation issues. He routinely appears before trial and appellate courts at both federal and state levels, as well as various regulatory and administrative boards and commissions.

Bryan prides himself on building strong client relationships through frequent client contact. His pre-trial diligence translates to focused and persuasive trial advocacy. With CPM’s diverse practice capabilities and cross-functional practice groups, Bryan can meet the needs of CPM’s clients in any litigation context.
