Mel Sattler

Mel Sattler is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and production management, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since November 2017. Prior experience includes a decade at GNB Corporation, where Mel functioned as Production Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, effectively overseeing the production department and managing the ISO9001:2008 program, leading to the organization's receipt of the Prospector Award in 2011. Additionally, Mel served as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2011. Mel holds a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University Dominguez Hills and a BA in Business Administration from Simpson University.
