Steve Stanislawczyk has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Environment Health and Safety (EHS). Steve is currently serving as the Director of Environment Health Safety at Carlisle Construction Materials since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the EHS Manager at Carlisle SynTec Systems from February 2016 to December 2022.
Before joining Carlisle, Steve served as the EH&S Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) from September 2013 to February 2016. Steve also worked as an Environmental Manager at Harsco Corporation's Harsco Minerals division from May 2010 to September 2013.
In their earlier roles, Steve worked as a Principal Engineer in Environmental Affairs North America at Schindler from 2008 to 2010. Steve also held various positions at Armstrong World Industries, including EH&S Manager at the Marietta Ceiling Plant from 2005 to 2008, Safety Specialist at the Corporate Office from 2003 to 2005, and EH&S Coordinator at the Lancaster Plant Rotogravure Operations from 2001 to 2003.
Additionally, Steve worked as an EH&S Manager at Harsco Corporation's Gas and Fluid Control Group in 2001 and as an Environmental & Safety Engineer at Harsco Corporation's Corporate Office from 1997 to 2000.
Steve Stanislawczyk earned an AS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University between 1991 and 1993. Steve then pursued a BS in Environmental Engineering Technology from the same institution, completing it from 1993 to 1995. Finally, Steve earned a Masters of Engineering in Environmental Pollution Control from Penn State University, which took place from 1995 to 1997.
