Ben Kopietz

Ben Kopietz is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in control systems and fluid dispensing equipment. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Carlisle Fluid Technologies since September 2022, Ben previously held the position of Electrical Engineering Lead at Seattle Safety, LLC, from May 2018 to September 2022, where leadership included designing real-time control systems and migrating to EtherCAT-based I/O. Additional experience includes work as an Automation Engineer at Dynamic Systems Technologies, where enhancements to control systems and software development were primary responsibilities, and an internship as an Electrical Test Engineer at Crane Aerospace & Electronics focused on aircraft electrical equipment testing. Ben began a career as an Electrical Designer at Despatch Industries, creating control systems for thermal processing equipment in solar manufacturing. Ben holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Engineering emphasis from Seattle University and an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Shoreline Community College.
