Randy Crockett

Randy Crockett has extensive experience in various technical roles throughout their career. Randy is currently the Director of R&D and Engineering for Sealants & Adhesives at Carlisle Fluid Technologies. Prior to this, Randy was a Business Owner at White Mountain Consulting, where they provided programming and automation consulting services for over a decade.

Randy also worked as an Engineer V at Jabil, developing motion and control systems for industrial 3D additive printers, and as part of the Engineering Management & Operations team at Fluidic Systems, where they streamlined manufacturing processes and standardized products.

Randy also has previous experience at Everett Charles Technologies, where they served as a Software Engineering Supervisor and was responsible for managing a team of software engineers and developers. Randy also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, handling software engineering for their products.

Earlier in their career, Randy served as the Vice President of Graphics Development at Ellipsis, LLC, where they created and managed a team of CAD and Graphics professionals.

Throughout their various roles, Randy has demonstrated expertise in PLC design and programming, Windows software and graphical interface design, automation through software and hardware, and writing product design and requirement documents. Randy has also shown proficiency in utilizing software tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and C++.
