Yujia Wang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career at Motorola Solutions as a Demand Planning Specialist, where they managed key customers and coordinated with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery and generate annual revenue.

Most recently, Yujia joined Avient Corporation as an LSS Master Black Belt, where they supported customers in trainings and projects and managed the global Lean Six Sigma deployment. And currently, they are the Global Director of the Carlisle Operating System at Carlisle Companies Incorporated.
