Francesco Luigi Hemmeler

Francesco Luigi Hemmeler is a highly experienced security professional with a robust background in IT and cyber security management. Serving as CEO and Executive Partner at AISEC Security Advisory Company since December 2020, Hemmeler also holds the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Carlo Gavazzi Automation since October 2019, focusing on cyber security risk management and information security governance. Previous roles include Partner and Senior Advisor at Hemmeler Partners SA, where a comprehensive operational risk-based consulting framework for security management was developed, and Head of Global Security at BSI Bank, overseeing global security strategy and programs. Hemmeler founded Security Lab in 2004, providing auditing and consultancy services in IT security. Additional experiences include leadership positions at TC Systems SA, IrisCube Reply S.p.A., and serving as Chief of ICT and Security Onboard Department in the Marina Militare.
