Vinicius Guerra

Vinicius Guerra is a seasoned professional in the culinary field, specializing in confectionery. Since October 2016, Vinicius has been with Carlo's Bakery, initially as a trainee in product quality management and currently serving as a pastry chef. Additionally, Vinicius has collaborated with TV Gazeta since April 2019 as a culinary contributor focused on pastry, providing live educational segments on the Programa Mulheres. Prior experience includes managing production at Subway from June 2014 to October 2015 and teaching at Anglo from May 2009 to March 2012.
