María Gloria Álvarez Caballero

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist in private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online.
