Bob Skelton

Bob Skelton serves as General Counsel at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, managing legal affairs, compliance, risk management, and governance since June 2022. Previously, Skelton held various leadership positions at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership from 2004 to 2021, including Chief Administrative & Credentialing Officer, where responsibilities encompassed HR, legal affairs, and facilities management for a large membership organization. Prior roles include General Counsel at Cysive Inc. and Spaceworks, Inc., and Vice President at The Netplex Group and Central Atlantic Toyota Distributors, Inc., focusing on legal matters, SEC compliance, and human resources. Skelton began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Webster, Chamberlain & Bean. Academic credentials include a JD in Corporate and Tax Law from The George Washington University Law School and a BA in Political Science and German from Union College.
