Lilian Velasquez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'. Currently serving as the Director of HR Technology & Compliance at Management Leadership for Tomorrow since September 2021, Lilian Velasquez has extensive experience at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, where responsibilities have included Finance Systems and Operations Manager, Accounting & Payroll Manager, and Payroll Manager since March 2006. Lilian Velasquez is also certified as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), and holds HRIP certification.
