Perrida Ballenger

Perrida Ballenger is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School since March 2019, Perrida has also held the position of Human Resources Analyst at the same institution. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Administrator at LIRS and Itinerant Special Education Assistant at Hyattsville Middle School. Perrida began a career in the financial sector as a Lead Teller at PNC before transitioning to human resources. Academically, Perrida Ballenger holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bowie State University.
