Raul Medrano

Raul Medrano has extensive experience in business development and education, currently serving as the Manager of the Small Business, Entrepreneurship and Financial Capability Program at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School since August 2016, where emphasis is placed on mentoring student-entrepreneurs. Additionally, Raul has contributed to AQUAS, Inc. since January 2013, focusing on enhancing sustainable growth through government contracting in health IT, transit engineering, and infrastructure. Previous roles include Campus Director and Director of Development and Community Affairs at Ana G. Mendez University System of Puerto Rico, and Senior Business Development Specialist at Montgomery County Department of Economic Development. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University, a leadership certificate from Leadership Montgomery, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
