Jadda Bush

Jadda Bush SHRM-CP is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at CARLSBAD LIFEHOUSE since August 2025, Jadda has previously held positions at Pacific Retirement Services as an HR Programs Partner and at Haverland Carter LifeStyle Group in multiple HR roles, including HR Compliance Analyst and HR Generalist II. Jadda's career began at Select Floors Inc. as Office Manager, followed by an admissions role at Brookline College. Jadda holds a Master's degree in Management from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Human Services from Valley City State University.
