Jonathan Gonzalez is an experienced IT professional and Network Engineer currently working at Carlsbad Municipal Schools since December 2019, where responsibilities include installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining computer networks. Carlsbad Municipal Schools is seeking dedicated educators to challenge and inspire students to develop the skills and aptitudes necessary to make a living, succeed in a post-secondary education, and positively impact their world. Carlsbad Schools does offer hiring incentives up to $20,000 based on experience. Relocation expenses are also offered based on mileage. At Carlsbad Schools we offer mentor programs for incoming teachers to help support them during their first year, complete dossier for leveling up as well as OPAL for alternative licensure. Teacher housing is available on a first come, first serve basis. We will be implementing Opportunity Culture during the 23-24 school year to better provide our teachers with mentoring and offer students a quality education.
