Robin Missailidis

Robin Missailidis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robin has served as the Head Cross Country Coach at Carlsbad Unified School District since 2022, as well as a Running Coach at Carlsbad High School. In 2014, they became a USATF Level 2 Certified Coach at the Junior Mavericks Running Club. Prior to their coaching roles, they worked as a Fitness Coach and Cycling Instructor at the YMCA of San Diego County starting from 1997. At the YMCA, they also initiated a successful fundraising event called the Ecke YMCA Bike-a-thon. From 2006 to 2023, Robin served as the Head Coach at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito. Robin also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Sales Representative at Pfizer from 1995 to 1997 and a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Parke Davis from 1987 to 1994. Robin's work experience highlights their dedication to coaching athletics and their contributions to the community through fundraising initiatives.

Robin Missailidis received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from San Diego State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. Prior to that, Robin attended UC San Diego from 1982 to 1984, where they focused on Spanish Language and Literature, although they did not complete a degree in this field.
