Tisha Klingensmith

Tisha Klingensmith currently serves as the PTA President at Pacific Rim Elementary since August 2023, while also working as a Substitute Teacher for the Carlsbad Unified School District since October 2019, employing student-centered techniques to enhance learning experiences. Previously, Tisha held the role of Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organization at Pacific Rim Elementary from August 2019 to June 2021, focusing on fundraising and community projects for the school. Tisha's experience also includes serving as a Preschool Teacher and a Volunteer Fundraising Manager at Redeemer by the Sea Lutheran Church, as well as positions as a Reading Specialist and Teacher's Aide in various educational settings. Tisha holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from National University and two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Child Development from San Diego State University.
