Andreas Mailand

Andreas Mailand has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, currently serving as the Head of Group Accounting and Controlling at Carlsberg Group since September 2007. In this role, Andreas leads a team of accounting professionals, focusing on strategic group projects and external reporting. Prior to this role, Andreas worked as Group Financial Controller, where responsibilities included external reporting, preparation of financial statements, and involvement in acquisitions and restructurings. Before joining Carlsberg, Andreas served as Assistant Manager Audit at KPMG Denmark, managing audits for various sectors and ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. Andreas began professional career as a postal worker and completed military service with the Royal Life Guards. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Economics and Auditing and a Graduate Diploma in Financial and Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
