Anja Drew

Anja Drew is an experienced compliance and risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Compliance and Risk Management at Carlsberg Group since June 2024. Anja possesses a Master of Laws in Compliance and Regulation from The University of Law, completed in May 2024, and has a strong background in business integrity, ethics, and compliance. Prior to Carlsberg Group, Anja held significant roles at Diageo, including Global Business Integrity Director and Global Compliance and Ethics Director, where responsibilities included overseeing international compliance programs and enhancing internal controls across Africa. Anja's career began at The Associated Press as a Marketing Analyst, followed by various leadership positions at Brandhouse Beverages and UNITED DISTILLERS UK PLC, focusing on compliance and strategic change projects. Anja holds a BA Hons in Business Administration and Languages from Regent's University London.
