Bhavita Chhabra

Bhavita Chhabra is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Talent Partner and HR Business Partner at Carlsberg Group since August 2021, focusing on the Carlsberg Research Lab, Group Internal Audit, and Group Treasury while also acting as the Talent Partner for Central Functions. Prior to this role, Bhavita worked at Carlsberg Group from October 2014 to January 2020, taking on various responsibilities including Country Talent Lead, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and HR Communication. Bhavita has also held HR positions at ZEE Entertainment and NTT DATA, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources from Jagan Institute of Management Studies and a BA (Hons.) in Maths from Sri Venkateswara College.
