Brian Lee

Brian Lee has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2011 as an Intern/Research Technician at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute. In 2014, they became a Staff Research Associate at the Muotri Laboratory in the Pediatrics Department of the University of California, San Diego. From 2015 to 2018, they held various positions at Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc., including Research Associate II, Vivarium Management and Operational Logistics, and Research Associate II, Pre-Clinical Research and Development. During this time, they also co-founded Gummi Web Developers and worked as an Operations Manager at Crown Bioscience, Inc. In 2018, they became a UI Engineer at American Addiction Centers. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Full Stack Program Instructor, Teaching Assistant, and Senior Tutor at 2U. Brian then moved on to become a Frontend Developer at Fusion Media before taking on their current role as a Front End Software Engineer at Freedom Forever in 2021.

Brian Lee attended UC San Diego from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Biology. Brian then returned to UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2017 to 2018 to complete a Full Stack Developer Coding Bootcamp.
