Rob Harvey

Rob Harvey is an experienced Senior Civil Designer currently employed at Carlson, Brigance & Doering since September 2022. With over two decades of expertise in civil design and CAD/GIS consulting, Rob has held key positions at several engineering firms, including WGI, where Rob was a Senior Designer from May 2021 to September 2022, and served as a Senior Designer at Carlson, Brigance & Doering prior from April 2018 to May 2019. Rob's extensive career began in 1994 as a CAD Technician at Murfee Engineering Company and includes roles such as Senior CAD/GIS Technician and Senior Engineering Technician across multiple companies. Rob holds a degree in Engineering Drafting Technology from the Maryland Drafting Institute, completed between 1991 and 1993.
