Skylar Solberg

Skylar Solberg is a professional with a diverse background in compliance, human resources, and payroll at Carlson Building Maintenance since September 2020. In addition to serving as Compliance Supervisor and Human Resources Coordinator, Skylar also holds the position of Payroll Specialist. Prior experience includes roles as a Server and Bartender at The Pourhouse since February 2018 and a Financial Services Intern at United Community Bank (MN) from June 2016 to September 2018. Skylar earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota, completing the program between 2015 and 2020.
