Sara Mornard

Sara Mornard has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sara started their career in 2004 as an Office Manager at Kubiak Pools and worked there until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Staffing Coordinator at QPS Employment Group, where they built candidate and client relationships. In 2012, Sara worked as an Event Coordinator at Biebel's Catering & Rental, where they handled event coordination, quoting, and invoicing. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Office Manager at Rasmussen Electric, responsible for managing daily office operations. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of an Event Coordinator at Konop Companies, Inc., where they successfully coordinated various events. From 2020 to 2021, Sara worked as a Recruiter at Locate Staffing, Inc., and from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at Paper Transport, Inc., focusing on recruitment campaigns and screening applicants. Their most recent role is as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Scout at Jones Sign Co., Inc., where they utilized their expertise in talent acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Nature's Way.

Sara Mornard has an Associate's degree from Rasmussen College, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Sara also has another Associate's degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, which they earned from 1999 to 2000. Their high school education was completed at Preble Highschool from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a general degree.

In addition to their formal education, Sara Mornard has obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in Social Recruiting for Recruiters from LinkedIn. In August 2021, they completed a certification program called Leading with a Heavy Heart, also from LinkedIn. Finally, in July 2021, they obtained a certification in Building Self-Confidence, also from LinkedIn.
