Richard Mikolajczyk Jr.

Richard Mikolajczyk, Jr. has extensive experience in the print finishing industry, starting with roles at Seachange Printing/Synergy Graphics and IWCO, where foundational skills were developed in cutting, folding, and assisting press operations. Progressing to leadership positions, Richard served as a Shift Lead at GLS Companies, ensuring productivity and quality within the finishing department. Subsequent positions at Conquest Bindery and PRINT CRAFT, INC involved specialized tasks in finishing and folding mailers. Currently, Richard is with Carlson Print Group, continuing to apply expertise in print finishing. Richard holds a diploma in Graphic Arts from Park Center, obtained between 1989 and 1991.
