Susie Byers

Susie Byers has extensive work experience in the legal and human resources field. Susie began their career as an Associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in 1987. Susie then moved to Honeywell International, where they held various roles, including Assistant General Counsel and Human Resources Counsel, specializing in labor and employment issues.

In 2006, they joined Carlson, Inc. as Vice President of Employment Law, where they worked across the organization and reported directly to the General Counsel. Susie supported the EVP of HR/CAO and provided legal expertise to various businesses within the company.
