Allison Oasis Kahn

Allison Oasis Kahn is a shareholder and Labor & Employment Practice Group Talent Manager at Carlton Fields, where extensive experience includes successful representation in complex jury trials and defense verifications involving whistleblower retaliation and discrimination claims. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Gary M. Farmer at the Fourth District Court of Appeal and a Summer Associate at Holland & Knight LLP. In addition, Allison gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, contributing to trial preparations and legal documentation. Educated at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, earning a J.D. magna cum laude, and Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
